DELIVERY

Free UK delivery on all orders.

I don't currently sell internationally on my website, but it's on my to do list for the future (you can sign up to my VIP list if you'd like to be notified about this).

Original paintings - your painting will be shipped within 2-3 business days and at this stage you'll receive an email to let you know when it is expected to arrive.

Art prints - please allow 5-8 business days for delivery as your print is made to order.

Unframed art prints will be shipped rolled up in a cardboard tube to keep them pristine and will quickly flatten out once unpacked.

Framed prints are delivered in a rigid, corrugated cardboard box made from recycled materials.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

I have a 30 day return policy on all original paintings and fine art prints, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you'll need proof of purchase and your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Fine art prints are sent directly from the printer so please don't send your purchase back to their address on your shipping label. I can't guarantee that your print will be able to be received safely and this could result in it getting lost.

To start a return, please contact me at lou @ loulongworthart.com. Once your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

I'll get in touch as soon as I've received and inspected your return and can then arrange to refund you on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can assess the issue and rectify it as quickly as possible. 

If your fine art print arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours if you would like a replacement.

Obviously a replacement isn't possible for original art, however you can request an exchange (for an item of the same value) or credit (towards a higher priced piece) instead of a refund if you prefer.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, e.g. commissions or personalised items.  Please get in touch if you have questions in this regard.
