MAGIC IN THE WOODS No.2 is inspired by my peaceful wanderings through the woods near where I live...
It always feels a bit magical. The way the light filters through the trees, the mix of cool shadows and bursts of green – and that’s exactly what I wanted to capture here. Layers of turquoise, teal and soft whites overlap like shifting sunlight through leaves, with hints of texture that remind me of moss, bark, and all those hidden details you only notice when you slow down.
When I was painting this, I just kept following the flow – adding a bit here, softening there – until it felt like the kind of woodland you could happily get lost in (without worrying about where you left your picnic). It’s calm, uplifting and just a little bit mysterious – a little pocket of nature for your wall, that you can escape into without leaving home.

I have a 30 day return policy on all original paintings and fine art prints, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you'll need proof of purchase and your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging.
In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged, please take a photo of the damage (including the packaging), get in touch, and I'll arrange a refund or replacement for you.
